The Alton Timber Greenhouses selects only the best western red cedar, supplied from renewable sources because it is the best material to use for Alton Greenhouses. This timber is durable and it doesn’t shrink, swell or warp excessively. If you wish to keep the warm golden honey colour, Alton recommend you treat your greenhouse annually, otherwise the cedar will fade to its attractive, natural finish.
